Hi, my name is Qing, pronounced “Ching” (you get a pass to say this word in this case).​

 

I’m a Producer / Project Manager (PMP and PSM I certified) specializing in digital production across video games, online films, and marketing campaigns.

With 7 years of experience in client-facing leadership roles within cross-functional teams, I’ve developed a flexible communication style that bridges disciplines and keeps both internal teams and external stakeholders aligned.

 

I’ve led projects with budgets ranging from €150K to €800K and managed international teams of 50+ people, adapting Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid production approaches to fit the needs of each project.​ 

 

Before transitioning into the game industry, I spent 5 years leading entertainment content development. A video series I produced reached over 100 million views on social media within a year. That experience strengthened my understanding of audience engagement and market analysis, which now helps me with product thinking, production planning, and quality control in game development.

 

If I were a Sim from The Sims, my Aspiration (lifelong goal) would be Knowledge. I’m a curious learner who loves leveling up, whether that’s picking up new tools, improving processes, or exploring better ways to build great things with a team.
